Cartesia AI Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy supplements the Cartesia Terms of Service and governs your access to and use of our Services, including the Inputs that you provide and your use of Outputs created with the Services (including use outside our website and the Services).

This Policy is intended to ensure our Services and any Outputs are used in a safe, respectful and lawful manner, and respect the rights of others. It applies to all users, customers and third parties authorized to access the Services on a customers’ behalf.

2. Prohibitions

We prohibit the use of our Services, and the creation or transmission of content (including your Output), for:

You may only submit your own voice and audio recordings or those of others with explicit consent, and are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all of the necessary rights and consents for the Input that you provide when using our Services.

• Promote, endorse, encourage or facilitate the spread of false information.
• Illegal, abusive, or fraudulent content or activity, including using our Services to:

• Defame any individual or business.
• Promote unlawful activities, including crimes or activities that are illegal in nature.
• Interfere with or negatively impacting the Services.

• Threaten or undermine democratic processes or institutions.
